• Car Insurance: I now had to pay by the month, car insurance went up 12%.
  • Credit Card: When my credit card company found out I had no job they cancelled the credit card but not the debit card, I use to purchased everything on the credit card, I averaged $75,000 a year and paid off the balance every month. My cost for everything thus increased 2% since I no longer received 2% cash back.
  • Car: I could not pay cash for a car anymore so my car cost increased 9%.
  • Checking Account: My checking account was with the same company I had the credit and debit card with. Like a spoiled little rich boy, I made the mistake of cancelling my business with them because they cancelled my credit card. I was relegated to a “Second Chance” checking account, thus my cost increased 1%.
  • Cash: I no longer had free ATM transactions, my cost for cash increased 5%.
  • Debit Card: When I used the debit card I was subject to proprietors securing pre-authorizations on the card, thus tying up double charges on the debit card for 5 business days(7 days for humans).
